Numerical Methods and Applied Computing

In addition to high-order numerical methods, my other research interests involve mathematical modeling, applied computing problems in engineering and industries focusing on computational strategies for the additive manufacturing process (3D printing), defect detections, and scientific machine learning in Marine Undersea Science Technology. For education, I am also interested in connecting research and teaching in transforming the mathematics dept in primarily undergraduate institutions.
